When you enter the 3D EIA page for the first time, you will see a yellow information bar right below the address line of the brower window. See figure below

After clicking the information bar, you will be asked to choose installing the ActiveX pluging. It will prompt following dialog asking for continue. Please choose Continue.

When the Waterman plugin download in progress, the Internet Explorer will prompt the Security Warning Window. Please choose Insatll to continue.

Please wait till the installtion complete.
